Warranty
Every part is covered by its own individual manufacturer's
warranty. Each warranty varies in exact details.
Return
Policy
You may return products within 21 days of your
invoice date. All returns are required to meet the following
criteria:
Any item in its initial condition that either did not
fit or was a core return. The item cannot be
disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation.
We cannot be responsible for installation errors.
Product
returns that are returned for credit will be subject to
a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.
Made-to-order products are not returnable
to us. Product credits will be applied to your credit
card within
(3-4) weeks after receipt of your return
in our warehouse.
Electrical
parts are not returnable that are plugged in or unsealed
for any reason.
No
Returns will be accepted without a return authorization
number (RMA).
Core
Returns and Return Procedure:

To return parts please fill out our Return
Authorization Form. If you do not have your
order/invoice numbers please indicate the date you placed
your order. A return authorization number will be emailed
to you within 3 business days.

Once RMA number is received please remember to write
it clearly on the outside of your package, otherwise
we are unable to accept your return.
(3)
Make sure to enclose a copy of your invoice and wrap
the package securely. We cannot be responsible for packages
that are damaged in transit, we recommend insuring the
package for its value.
